Hiring an Autodesk Technical Support Specialist to join the CAD Gulf team to assist our customers :

Job Requirements and Responsibilities :

You will be responsible to provide timely, responsive, and well-organized assistance to our Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions.

• 2-3+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Respond to support requests via multiple channels,
including phone, web, onsite visits
• Experience using Autodesk products: AutoCAD, Revit,
Navisworks, 3Ds MAX, BIM 360, etc.
• Functional knowledge of Operating Systems and
general program installation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional team player skills
