Collaboration Support Manager
Location: Dubai
The Collaboration Platform has responsibility for the implementation, infrastructure management and support of Email & Instant Messaging, Collaboration tools (Zoom, Jabber etc.), Corporate & BYOD mobility, Audio Visual / Video Conferencing technologies. Aside this platform provides support for Product Management (New product selection, onboarding, implementation and delivery) & Customer Experience (Business Feedback, Comms and marketing, Service improvement etc.)
Job Dimensions:
– Management and Support for end user email mailbox users across MENAT
– Management and Support for all mobile users including vendor management
– Management and support of Collaboration tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Jabber, Zoom)
– Supporting Product Management teams including, Defining technology strategy in conjunction with business colleagues, Market Analysis, Product Selection and On boarding
– Supportinng Customer Experience teams including Business Feedback, Product Benefits, Communication and Marketing, Service Improvement Plans
