Hiring: Commercial Operation Assistant
Location: Qatar
Job Type: Full-time
Requirements:
-With QID/Work Visa
– NOC is mandatory
– Can join immediately
-Minimum 1-2 years experience is required
-Coordinate conference calls and business meetings
-Organize marketing events
-Monitor budget expenditure
-Maintain business records
-Prepare statistical returns
-Review and sort out all correspondence
-Assist suppliers during the reconciliation process
-Work with shareholders to simplify business processes and coordinate strategies
-Provide information to customers
-Maintain databases
-Issue and monitor subcontractor agreements
-Review industry legislation
-Monitor supplier relations
