Kent is recruiting a Lead Digital Implementation (LDI) on a permanent basis based in United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for implementation, setup and delivery of Aveva digital Twin software’s – ERM and support digital projects within Kent.

Reporting to the Global Innovation and Digital Engineering, the LDI will support the delivery of digital project to Energy Clients

Your responsibilities:

The LDD will provide, when required, collaborative applications support and customized approach to fulfill the needs of our clients.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirement, support estimation, software sizing, discussions, and implementation
  • Contribute in Digital Project delivery
  • Design, and deploy AVEVA ERM solution
  • Customize and Support solution to fulfill client needs
  • Support the end users and provide training
  • Assist with the digital evolution change and implementation of latest tools
  • Participate in establishing of Digital Delivery Services
  • Lead Troubleshooting and resolving issues of End user’s access/control
  • Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution in line with the sourcing governance framework.
  • Assist with the creation of Digital Project Deliverables
  • Identify and resolve problems affecting Digital Products

Your Knowledge/skills, Education, And Experience

Qualification/ Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 10+ years of relevant Aveva Software experience

Skills Requirement:

  • Ability to deliver a complete solution in:
    • Aveva Catalogue Manager
    • Aveva ERM
  • Customer focused

Communication:

Excellent verbal & written English

Core Competencies:

  • Experience as a Aveva Digital Twin software in the analysis, design, implementation, deployment, hands-on training, and support
  • Ability to deliver a complete solution in:
    • Aveva ERM
    • Aveva Catalogue Manager
  • Knowledge in IT infrastructure sizing
  • Knowledge in workflow development and implementation
  • Aveva Net and Engage knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Azure apps development, Cloud Deployment
  • Ability to deal with external clients and deliver scope on time within approved schedule
  • Abilities to listen and understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Information Technology & Digital curiosity, to take responsibility and ownership of staying to date with industry leading IT standards and practices
  • Interpersonal skills with an aptitude for communicating technical issues to both peers and non-technical employees
  • Knowledge of Mobile Application development is a plus
