End User Support Jobs in Dubai
Hiring End User support in Dubai.
Ability to support the following environment:
Compute device OS: Mac OS and Windows
MS Office (native & Office 365)
Printer, printer server
Basic Network competence, preferably Cisco/Meraki
Audio/Video conferencing devices, preferably Cisco
Cloud based collaboration tools (Zoom, Bluejeans, MS Team)
Basic Active Directory/SCCM tasks for end user management (reset password, etc)
Basic NAS/Windows Server/File Server competence
Tasks includes but not limited to the following:
OS & software installation, configuration
Troubleshooting
Documentation/User Guidelines
Deploy patch/software both locally or remotely (SCCM)
Remote support via collaboration tools
