Job Position – Female Receptionist
Company Name – DEC Perfect Building Contracting
– Well organized and have the ability to do all document controlling works for the office
– to receive and forward incoming calls to office employees, and to work as a receptionist for the head office.
– Organizes daily work and orientation related to MD & CEO office to achieve the best use of the available resources and his time.
– Managing the MD & CEO’s workflow and priorities by managing his schedule (including appointments and travel) and anticipating steps ahead
– Excellent MS office software skills, proficient in writing and speaking English language, excellent computer soft skills
– To be able to handle part of HR responsibilities such as: preparing payroll, implementing office policies, etc…
– To be able to approach governmental authorities personally for any company related paper works or other.
– Discretion and confidentiality
– To have a pleasant & positive approach with appropriate and neat look and outfit
– Experience: 5+ years as Personal Assistant / Office Manager, Preferences will be given for those with construction industry experience
– Education: Bachelor’s Degree/higher diploma and secretarial training preferred
– Preferably to have a valid UAE driving license and a personal car.
– Availability: immediate
– Salary: TBD based on qualifications and interview
