Job Position – Fire & Safety Sales Coordinator

A highly motivated Fire and Safety Sales Coordinator with a valid UAE driving license to join our team in the UAE. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations for our fire and safety products.
Manage and maintain the sales team’s schedule and calendar
Coordinate and prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for fire and safety products
Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up support for fire and safety products
Process sales orders and invoices accurately and timely for fire and safety products
Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for fire and safety products
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient sales processes for fire and safety products
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
Drive to customer locations to support sales activities as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Fire and Safety Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role in the fire and safety industry
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid UAE driving license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
