Investor Relations Specialist Jobs in Dubai

Hiring for Investor Relations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Financial Institutions Relations:
-Sustain extensive investor relation exercise, including roadshows and conference calls, and streamline responses to the public.
-Maintaining MIS related to this function.
-Prepare marketing material and lead the correspondence with banks/investors and with other stakeholders.
-Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including financial institutions, by way of frequent engagements.
-Build and maintain relationships external constituencies, including government and non-government entities, for publication and marketing purposes.
-Interact with rating advisors and maintain relationship with rating agencies.

Marketing Dubai Credit
-Prepare Information Memorandum and maintain micro and macroeconomic information data base.
-Design the information packs required for the Rating Agencies, International Monitory fund and any other stakeholders.
-Assist in the preparation of Base Prospectus as part of the issuance programmes.
-Coordination with service providers for the preparation of roadshow strategies and investor presentations.
-Monitor the debt market developments and provide periodic market updates Management.
