Principal Systems Analyst
Location::Dubai
For Arab Nationals only
Strong English and Arabic language skills (writing and speaking)
*Operation, maintenance and installation of applications, software and programs in all web, support, Microsoft Office, etc.
*Ensure effective use of ICT operations resources across the authority
*Assisting in analyzing the information and communication technology needs of all departments of the Authority
*Recommending technical solutions, setting control technology systems
*budget and performance controls, and is responsible for the documentation and security
* Oversight of all ICT functions, applications and systems. This includes data engineering, capabilities management, application development, systems security, Internet/intranet development, computer operations for systems integration, hardware and network operations, communications, system documentation, user support, policy development and procedures, technical standards, methods, schedules, and management projects.
*Supervising the examination of systems in order to improve performance and initiation of recovery procedures after a system failure
*Ensure research is conducted and continue to speak
with
* Review contract files and inform affected programs and facilities of expiration dates, renewals and reviews
