Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for communicating with clients to identify their property needs, presenting different options and opportunities to clients through exhaustive research, acting as the primary point of contact between buyers/sellers, landlords/tenants, and liaising with other real estate professionals to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and Arabic is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage tasks effectively
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and MLS systems
- Experience in handling a sales team and managing operations is a plus
- A valid UAE driving license is required
