Job Position – QA/QC Civil Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects through meticulous inspection, testing, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
-Perform material testing and analysis to verify quality and durability of construction materials.
-Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to address and resolve quality-related issues.
-Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain high construction standards.
-Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
-Participate in project meetings to provide input on quality-related matters and recommend improvements.
-Train and supervise quality control inspectors and technicians as needed.
-Keep abreast of industry advancements, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
-Assist in the development of project-specific quality plans and documentation.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry in UAE is required.
-Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques.
-Proficiency in relevant testing and inspection methods.
-Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
-Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
-Certification in relevant quality control programs or certifications.
-Villa experience is mandatory.
