Job Position – School Admin Officers

Requirements:
•Preferably school experienced candidates
• Manage all procedures and resolve any problems, including ordering, processing and payment for all goods and services provided to the school
• Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures that ensures the smooth starting, running and closure of the school daily.
• Oversees transport facilities. Oversees the implementation of transportation compliance and policies in accordance with authorities’ regulations.
• Ensures school is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Oversee school campus lighting, heating, ventilation, water provision, energy conservation, waste management, wifi etc.
• Ensures that transport, water, electricity and wi-fi usage is monitored and costs are kept within budget range etc.
