Hiring Sr. Facility Manager – Dubai

Job Duties:
· Evaluate the bidding process done by the sales team and have a birds’ eye view of the project, supervise the team for procurement, work schedule, project timeline management, quality survey & handover.
· Supervise below-the-line site engineers, supervisors, and technicians & submit a daily report to the operations manager & managing director.
· Conduct daily site visits & report on project progress, materials & timeline to complete the project.
· Developing plans and designs based on client specifications, and design guidelines shared by the client, and making sure it is under companies budget.
· Conducting research on current industry trends and technology advances to identify new materials, processes, and products that can improve the efficiency of projects.
· Preparing bids and proposals in the absence of the operations manager or sales team.
· Supervising sub-contractors to ensure that work follows specifications and meets deadlines.
· Drafting contracts for projects and ensuring that client requirements are met throughout the process.
· Work closely with the accounts & work scheduling team to make sure the budget allocated and workers’ schedules are as per budget and not overshooting.
· Handle third-party workers or hired laborers in case of any required for the project.
· Take up complete accountability for the sites and projects assigned and act as a point of contact.
· Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/civil/MEP engineering is a requirement.
· Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in the MEP field in UAE.
· Driving license & Car: Candidates with their own car preferred, the company will pay for a fuel allowance.
· Communication: Candidates with excellent communication skills in English & Arabic are preferred.
· Problem-solving skills & attention to detail: The candidate should have problem-solving skills for all technical challenges & bring challenges to the notice of the management for smooth operations.
· Project Management Skills: Project management is the ability to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a project. As an MEP Engineer Manager, you may be responsible for managing the project from start to finish. This includes planning the project, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring the project’s progress, and ensuring the project meets the client’s expectations.
