The work of the Junior/Sr. Strategy Associate should help the Group CEO and Business unit leaders to take bold and transformative steps considering the customer and market dynamics, by helping them to:
Responsibilities:
-Support in developing and implementing corporate strategies, M&A and transformation plans
-Analyze and evaluate market trends and opportunities
-Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities
-Monitor and report on progress of strategic plans
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Personal Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong analytical and research skills
