Job Position – AC Technician

Department: Engineering
Requirements:
-Must be currently based in the UAE
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an AC Technician in a hotel or similar environment
-Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and split AC units
-Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair AC and ventilation systems
-Good knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures
-Familiar with safety standards and hotel engineering practices
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
-Carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all air-conditioning and ventilation systems
-Perform preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule
-Ensure all AC systems operate efficiently and safely
-Attend guest room complaints and engineering requests promptly
-Maintain proper records of maintenance and repairs
-Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards
-Coordinate with the Engineering Supervisor and Chief Engineer for daily operations
