Stalwart Mobile Trading LLC, an Authorized du Channel Partner, is looking for an Account Management Executive to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling telecom solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain existing customer accounts.
– Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
– Cross-sell and upsell telecom products and services.
– Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
– Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales and retention targets.
Requirements
– 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, tele sales, or telecom.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
– Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Telecom industry experience and knowledge of telecom products is an added advantage.
