Job Position – Accountant
Excel Expert
Department: Finance / Accounting
Candidates must have a UAE Experience of minimum 1 year
Salary – 7000 AED – 10,000 AED (upon experience)
With advanced Microsoft Excel skills to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, data analysis, reconciliations, and process automation, with a strong focus on using Excel for financial modeling, reporting, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports using Excel.
Build and manage complex Excel models for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Create and automate reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Support tax filings and audit requirements with detailed Excel documentation.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes using Excel-based automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and reporting tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, charts, conditional formatting, and Macros/VBA).
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or ERP systems).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
