Job Position – Accountant

Company Name – Phoenix Medicines

Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
– Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Media company (mandatory).
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
– Experience with VAT filing, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger.
– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
– Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
– Prepare financial statements and monthly reports.
– Handle accounts payable and receivable.
– Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
– Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company policies.
– Assist with audits and year-end financial closing.
– Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
