Accountant

-Manage day-to-day accounting transactions for the Division.
-Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting records.
-Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
-Reconcile bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger accounts.
-Monitor project-related costs, expenses, and financial transactions.
-Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and project teams regarding financial matters.
-Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and supporting documents.
-Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, cost reports, and management summaries.
-Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on pending balances.
-Support budgeting, cost control, and project profitability analysis when required.
-Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures.
-Assist with audits, VAT-related documentation, and other finance requirements.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum 4+ years UAE experience as an Accountant, preferably in Construction / Manufacturing.
-Good knowledge of general accounting principles and financial procedures.
-Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking.
-Good understanding of project costing and cost control is an advantage.
-Proficient in MS Excel; experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
-Knowledge of UAE VAT and basic tax accounting requirements.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple accounting tasks.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
