Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Record financial transactions using Focus-10 accounting software
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Organize and maintain accounting documents and files
Support the accounting team with daily financial activities

Requirements
Minimum high school diploma; Accounting/Finance qualification is an advantage
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is required
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Familiarity with Focus and QuickBooks
Excellent data-entry skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
