Job Position – Accountant
Company Name – Yaumi International Bakeries
Responsibilities –
– Collection of cash & cheques from sales team on daily basis
– Preparation of pay in slips for depositing collections in the bank accounts on daily basis and verifying their credit through online banking
– Accounting of cash, cheques & bank remittances received from customer in JDE on daily basis
– Maintaining a record of customer cheque returns and informing to CCD for release/block of customer accounts in JDE
– Reconciliation of customer accounts and ensuring that balances are matching with customer books
– Accounting of customer tax invoices and issuing tax credit notes to customers based on agreements with customers
– Preparation of daily sales & collection statement
– Generating customer SOAs from JDE/Preparing in excel & circulating the same to sales team/customers from time to time
– Preparation of customer payment history
– Following up with sales team and customers for pending payment details
Requirements –
– Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a corporate financial environment
– Understanding of relevant International Financial Reporting Standards
– Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel)
Job Location – Head Office, Dubai Industrial City (DIC)
