Job Position – Accountant
Company Name – Ayesh Albarguthi
Will be responsible for maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with budget and closing processes. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of financial data and supporting the overall financial operations of our organization
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update financial records for accuracy.
-Post daily transactions and journal entries.
-Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
-Resolve discrepancies promptly.
-Assist Prepare and analyze financial statements.
-Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely processing and accuracy.
-Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
-Monitor budget performance and report variances.
-Ensure compliance with regulations and tax requirements.
-Assist in tax filings and audits.
Required to that role:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-2-5 years of accounting or related experience.
-Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
-Preferably experience in Shipping sector
Good problem-solving and time management
Skills
-Work under pressure.
