Job Position – Accountant
Company Name – Seven Fortunes Coffee Roasters
F&B Company located in El Sheikh Zayed
Job Accountabilities:
• Check electronic invoice System and update invoices report
• support for analysis related to Vendors historical data and balance analysis
• Support treasury team in cash reconciliations
• Archive AP documents
• Review and follow up the day-to-day operations of the payables accounts.
• Design and maintaining processes that ensure all AP transitions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the completion of month-end close duties, including review of monthly accounts accruals and reconciliation
• Review & post all expenses/ payments journals
• Review monthly analysis of all AP accounts
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience
• Prefer resident in or nearby El Sheikh Zayed City.
• Also, prefer to be able to join immediately.
• Very Good Level of English.
• High skills in MS Office Apps.
• Communication & Multi-task skills.
Work conditions:
• Social & Medical Insurance.
• Two days off a week.
• Working hours 9 hours.
