Job Position – Accountant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and financial statements
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenues to support financial stability
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Maintain compliance with UAE VAT regulations and applicable accounting standards
Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and internal management
Support financial analysis and other finance-related requirements as needed
REQUIEREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience
UAE VAT & accounting standards knowledge
Real estate / property management experience preferred
Proficiency in Tally / QuickBooks & MS Excel
Strong analytical & organizational skills
Excellent English communication skills
Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
