Job Position – Accounting Manager
Company Name – Solid Mix Concrete Works
Location: Dubai, UAE
With strong Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry experience to lead finance and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage complete accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
-Develop and monitor annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and budget-versus-actual reports.
-Manage payroll processing, salary reconciliation, WPS compliance, and employee payroll records.
-Establish and maintain the chart of accounts, ERP accounting setup, and financial control procedures.
-Monitor customer receivables, credit control, supplier payments, and cash flow.
-Prepare RMC costing, profitability reports, cost analysis, and variance analysis for management decision-making.
-Reconcile concrete sales, delivery tickets, trip records, project billing, and fleet-related expenses.
-Ensure timely VAT returns, tax compliance, audit coordination, and proper financial documentation.
-Supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting records.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
-Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience, including proven experience in the UAE RMC industry.
-Strong knowledge of RMC costing, project billing, concrete sales, trip reconciliation, and fleet expenses.
-Hands-on experience with budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, ERP systems, and management accounts.
-Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, WPS, financial controls, and accounting standards.
-Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
