Job Position – Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Requirements:
-Minimum 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within retail or F&B
-Strong experience in handling rebates, discounts, and promotional schemes
-Solid understanding of collections, credit control, and customer account reconciliation
-Experience managing high-volume transactions and dealing with retail customers
-Good knowledge of UAE market practices and customer behavior
-Advanced Excel skills
-Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day AR operations efficiently
-Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collections
-Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies
-Manage credit limits, aging reports, and collection follow-ups
-Coordinate closely with sales and operations on pricing, discounts, and claims
-Support month-end closing activities and reporting
Preferred:
-Experience working with ERP systems
Salary : AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month
