Job Position – Admin
JAFZA experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for telephone switchboard; directing and screening calls and ensuring messages are passed on in a timely manner
-Provide timely responses to queries or requests
-Prepare and issue JAFZA gate passes for visitors
-Greet visitors, provide information and safety introduction
-Sort and prepare outward mail packages and incoming mail for distribution.
-Maintain security sign-in/sign-out procedures and announce visitors to company employee
-Assist in facility maintenance when required
-Schedule meetings and maintain facility calendar
-Provide Executive support
-Update and maintain facility telephone directory
-Order and maintain stationery and pantry supplies for the facility
-Assist with filing documents
-Process Purchase Requisitions
-Admin backup support and carry out any other relevant duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
-Willing to be assign in JAFZA
-Good English Language
-Experience working within an Administrative or Customer Service role
-JAFZA experience is highly preferred
-DP Portal knowledge is highly preferred
-Custom Arrangement experienced
-Very good understanding of office management processes
-Proficient in MS Office
-Scheduling & Planning
-Written and verbal communication skills
Salary range: 3,500 AED – 4,500 AED
