Requirements:
• 1–3 years’ experience in administration or operations.
• Background in Facility Management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems and good in Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day administration and coordination.
• Maintain data accuracy and update CRM records.
• Support finance, supplier communication, and client documentation.
• Follow-up the monthly reports from sub-contractors.
