Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to oversee and support various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inventory, vendor coordination, documentation, and process optimization to ensure smooth office and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in purchasing materials and maintaining proper inventory levels to support operations.
• Coordinate with different departments to support efficient workflow and task completion.
• Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Maintain accurate records related to reservations, housekeeping, and facility upkeep.
• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of owner payouts, checking for errors and ensuring accuracy.
• Help with vendor coordination — including order follow-ups, payment documentation, and resolving delivery issues.
• Maintain and update records of purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist with the organization of meetings, scheduling, and correspondence as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently under supervision.
