Job Position – Admin Receptionist

To manage front-desk operations and support administrative activities in the construction/technical services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage front-desk, greet visitors, handle calls, and coordinate appointments.
-Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
-Handle emails, letters, courier deliveries, and coordinate with project teams.
-Support HR and accounts with data entry, attendance tracking, and document organization.
-Maintain office supplies and assist in report preparation.
-Ensure professional office presentation and handle client inquiries with confidentiality.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of professional experience (UAE/GCC preferred).
-Previous experience in construction, contracting, or technical services is a plus.
-Strong communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
