Job Position – Admin Support Staff

Location: Landmark Group -Supply Chain Dubai JAFZA Office
Salary: AED 4500-5500
To join HR Admin Team at the Supply Chain Dubai Office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and assisting with creative tasks such as video editing and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
-Perform routine administrative tasks to support the HR team, such as maintaining records, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
-Manage and update spreadsheets, reports, and HR-related databases using MS Excel and other Office tools.
-Coordinate communication between different departments within the Supply Chain Office.
2. Creative Content Creation:
-Design visually appealing materials, such as presentations, posters, and digital content, using graphic design tools.
-Edit and create engaging videos for internal use, training, and communication purposes.
3.Data Management:
-Collect, organize, and analyze data for reports and presentations.
-Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration
Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).
Video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. ( Creative mindset and attention to detail)
Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or support role,
