This position is based in UAE.
Requirements:
a. 10 plus years of experience with
b. minimum 5 years of experience in UAE
c. CA or equivalent education in Finance
d. Experience in Retail sector will be an advantage
Job Description:
1. Managing and supervising administrative staff such as receptionists, drivers, and finance team.
2. Develops, implements, and maintains administrative policies and procedures.
3. Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that all office expenditures are within budgetary limits.
4. Ensures that office operations are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing office equipment, supplies, and space utilization.
5. Ensure that the organization follows legal and regulatory requirements related to administrative operations and store operations.
6. Coordinating with Landlords for renewals and rent related expenses of all the stores and offices of the company.
7. Communicates with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that administrative operations are aligned with organizational goals.
8. Check the expenses and bills of all the departments.
9. Responsible for internal audit of Retail stores
10. Ensure the implementation of all the VAT rules.
11. Implementation and following of Corporate Tax
