Job Position – Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bank’s administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.
Manage office resources, supplies, and maintenance to provide a professional and well-organized working environment.
Supervise the management and upkeep of the bank’s facilities, including branches, offices, and infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards in all premises.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality services.
Monitor contracts for office supplies, maintenance, and other administrative services.
Lead and mentor the administrative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development.
Develop, implement, and update administrative policies and procedures to ensure alignment with Islamic banking principles and regulatory requirements.
Ensure staff adherence to administrative protocols and standards.
Prepare and manage the administrative budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Approve and track expenditures for office operations and facilities.
Organize and manage internal and external events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
Coordinate logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal governance standards in all administrative matters.
Prepare regular reports on administrative performance and improvement initiatives.
Provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently.
Facilitate communication and coordination across departments.

Qualifications Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in administrative management, preferably in banking or financial services in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE regulatory and operational standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Islamic banking principles is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic & English), with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
