About the job
Perform department’s administrative support to ensure daily operations are maintain in an effective up to date and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Office support within an office of around five people:
- Admin tasks
- Scanning letters
- Ordering stationary
- Handling diaries and booking meetings via MS Teams, ZOOM and Google Docs
- Answering the phones
- General ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi
- Native Arabic Speaker but bilingual
