Job Position – Administrative Assistant

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This includes tasks such as answering phone calls, maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, and managing store stocks and office supplies.
Qualifications:
– Administrative Assistance experience
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Strong clerical skills, including organization and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
– Customer service experience is a plus
– Fluency in English is preferred
