Job Position – Administrative Assistant

– Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings

– Prepare reports and presentations as needed
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
