Job Position – Administrative Coordinator

ARABIC SPEAKER
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE – 6 months contract
Start Date: ASAP
Experience: 2+ years
To support business operations related to FTA processes, invoicing, reporting, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Support FTA case registration, document uploads, and reconciliation (weekly/monthly)
Maintain and update internal reports, master sheets, and KPI dashboards
Assist with invoice processing, payment registration, and follow-ups
Manage departmental communications, customer coordination, and Oracle registrations
Prepare MIS and VAT verification reports
Ensure accuracy in data entry, documentation, and report quality
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting coordination role
Strong communication and organizational skills – ARABIC SPEAKER
Good understanding of accounting basics
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with Oracle systems
Familiarity with FTA-related processes
