Job Position – Administrative Coordinator

An Expertise in Microsoft Excel Required
You’ll be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Excel is a primary requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate administrative tasks.
– Maintain accurate records and databases using Microsoft Excel, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
– Generate reports, analyze data, and present findings using Excel’s advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role.
– Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Excel is a main qualification, including proficiency in advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
– Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
