Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office activities

Handle data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Support HR and management with administrative tasks
Respond to emails, calls, and client inquiries professionally
Maintain proper filing systems and office documentation
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational updates
Ensure smooth coordination between departments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Professional attitude and presentation skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge and administrative experience preferred
Prior experience in administration or office coordination is an advantage
