Job Position – Administrative Specialist

To join client’s dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proven experience in handling administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative processes
Handle documentation, correspondence, and filing systems
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Support various departments with administrative tasks
Maintain and update internal databases
Ensure office supplies are stocked and maintained
Requirements:
Must be currently based in UAE
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Filipino nationality only (as per client request)
