To join Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a highly successful international school, acting as the first point of contact for prospective families and guiding them through every stage of the admissions journey, from initial enquiry to enrolment and onboarding.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
-Respond to enquiries from prospective parents within 24 hours.
-Coordinate all aspects of school visits and trial days.
-Guide families through the application and enrolment process.
-Prepare offer letters and manage acceptances, forms, payments, and onboarding.
-Maintain accurate records and manage admissions data and reports.
-Ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new students and families.
-Communicate proactively with relocation agencies and prospective families.
-Meet key performance indicators for enquiry response, visits, and conversions.
