Job Position – Agricultural Engineer

Location: United Arab Emirates
To lead and supervise soft landscaping projects across our Agricultural World Gardens division. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in palm care (mandatory), UAE-native plant species, and modern irrigation/reporting systems, with hands-on experience in sustainable landscaping suitable for the UAE environment.
The selected candidate must be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate all soft landscape activities, including planting, turfing, soil preparation, and irrigation systems
· Provide technical guidance on native and adaptive plant selection, pest and disease control, and sustainable landscaping techniques
· Monitor and enhance plant, tree, and grass health with proactive corrective actions
· Design and adapt irrigation systems based on site-specific needs and water conservation goals
· Lead and mentor landscaping teams; collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
· Ensure compliance with UAE environmental regulations and company safety protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
· Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Horticulture
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or similar arid environments
· In-depth knowledge of UAE climate-compatible plants, palm tree care, soil science, and irrigation systems
· Proven ability to lead field teams and deliver timely, high-quality results
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
