Requirements:
-Minimum 3+ years of experience in Facility Management (FM) operations in the UAE.
-ITI / Diploma (mandatory for Technician roles).
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Good communication and teamwork abilities

Key responsibilities:
-Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per work schedules.
-Inspect equipment and facilities, identify faults, and complete repairs efficiently.
-Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns.
-Perform assigned maintenance or cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards.
-Follow Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and maintain a safe working environment.
-Complete work orders, maintain service records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
