5–8 years | Architecture degree | Hotel, mall & restaurant fit-out experience.
2) CIVIL FIT-OUT ENGINEER
5–8 years | Civil Engineering degree | Interior fit-out execution.
3) PROJECT ENGINEER
3–5 years | Civil/Architectural degree | Hotels, banks & restaurants.
4) CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
12–15 years | Civil/Architectural degree | Construction and project management.
5) SAFETY ENGINEER
5–8 years | NEBOSH required | OSHA preferred.
6) PLANNING ENGINEER
3–5 years | Engineering degree | Primavera P6 & MS Project | Fit-Out projects.
7) MECHANICAL SITE ENGINEER
5–8 years | Mechanical Engineering degree | HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting | AutoCAD & Revit MEP.
8) ELECTRICAL SITE / CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
5–8 years | Electrical Engineering degree | Power, Lighting & Low Current.
9) MECHANICAL PROCUREMENT ENGINEER
5–7 years | Mechanical Engineering degree | MEP materials and equipment procurement.
10) QA/QC ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER

GENERAL REQUIREMENT: Contracting company experience is required for engineering positions. High-End Fit-Out experience is highly preferred.
