1) System Analyst
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
– Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
– Collaborate with developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
– Design workflows, use cases, wireframes, and system models to document processes and interfaces.
– Support in designing intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX to enhance system usability.
– Monitor system performance to ensure stability, availability, and security.
– Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for deployed solutions.
– Identify areas for improvement and recommend system or UI/UX enhancements.
– Prepare reports, user manuals, and training documentation.
– 3-5 years of experience.
2) Senior Data Analyst
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
– Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and management.
– Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
– Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
– Proficiency in Python (libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) for analysis and automated reporting.
– Solid knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation (data cleaning, preparation, and integration).
– Experience working with ERP/CRM systems or custom databases, with knowledge of integration techniques.
– Workflow analysis and modeling skills (familiarity with UML is preferred but not mandatory).
