DO — Key Responsibilities

Customer Focus

 

  • Commit to the highest standards of VM through the creation of a customer friendly and commercial shopping environment
  • Ensure daily and weekly visual actions are communicated to all store visual employees in order to ensure the highest degree of VM & Creativity for exceptional standards so as to positively impact on the level of customer service and experience

 

Merchandising

 

  • Ensure training , implementation and maintenance of merchandising principles are shared to all store staff, store VM & store management
  • Supply all stores with clear direction and communication relating to the merchandising methodologies used i.e seasonal changes, Campaign launches, Window styling, Merchandising updates and promotions
  • Innovate and adapt relevant merchandising principles to comply with the changing needs of the business concept and to support commercial store needs
  • Daily visits to all stores to ensure highest level of VM & commerciality
  • Complete VM Checklist monthly to ensure correct merchandising principals are in place.

 

Display

 

  • Ensure high level of implementation and display principles in all stores at all times
  • Supply all visual merchandisers with a clear directive regarding the dressing of windows & in store displays when receiving the latest releases and Launch information
  • Ensure all displays are commercial and well considered

 

People Management

 

  • Develop, implement and present required visual training material to all store VM’s
  • Create a strong relationship with all in store VM’s and store managers
  • Create a string relationship with Area managers for the effective VM & Commercial synergy across all stores
  • Uphold company policies and procedures

 

General

 

  • Support warehouse in effective management of all VM props
  • Partake in weekly calls with AVM & Concept VM head for updates and campaign information
  • Travel across assigned area is require. All stores within the assig area must be visit each month
  • Weekly schedule shared each week. Should where possible align with Area manager schedule
  • Flexible shifts & overnights are req. during busy periods eg; Sale, Ramadan, Christmas.
