Job Position –  Assistant Facilities Manager

Company Name – Infracare Facilities Management

Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Hard Services, including MEP, Civil, and Pool maintenance, to ensure prompt service delivery for our clients. As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be tasked with the strategic development of key accounts in alignment with service level agreements and performance indicators. Your role involves managing vendors and teams, effectively communicating responsibilities to achieve contractual targets and goals.

Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required. Additional certifications such as IFMA CFM or IWFM level 5 are advantageous.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in the FM Industry in the UAE, with a strong background in MEP, Civil, and Pool Operations. Working experience with CAFM Software and solid knowledge of Hard Services is crucial. A valid driving license is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:


– Oversee the implementation and monitoring of service level agreements for Hard Services.
– Advise businesses on measures to enhance facility efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
– Ensure proactive maintenance and upkeep of all assigned facilities.
– Plan for upcoming facility needs and requirements.
– Supervise renovations, refurbishments, and building projects.
– Improve operational efficiency by enhancing productivity and reducing downtime.


– Manage the implementation and monitoring of commercial agreements to efficiently handle contract variances within budget expectations.
– Implement appropriate financial authorities when processing payments to service providers.
– Effectively manage commercial documentation for client submission.
– Review and authorise quotes to ensure value for money.
– Review invoices for projects.

Customer Relations:

– Develop and monitor key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Effectively resolve customer grievances in a timely manner.


– Oversee overall planning, expenditure controls, and execution of works until completion.
– Develop and manage a proactive working relationship with business partners to identify areas of service improvement.
– Prepare management reports, including building tour audits, maintenance and additional works, service provider operative’s reports, and work in progress.
– Ensure clear understanding with service providers regarding contract service level agreements, quality of personnel, resource availability, and weekly reporting formats.
– Attend external audits and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
– Collaborate with the Infracare business solutions team to identify innovations enhancing operational efficiencies and profit.
– Focus on long-term planning to increase operational performance quality.
