Job Position – Assistant HR Manager

Factory experience is compulsory
Location: United Arab Emirates
Key Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of overall HR experience
At least 5 years in a manufacturing unit
Proven experience in managing a team of 2 or more HR professionals
Strong exposure to HR operations, performance management, and training management
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ISO-certified companies
Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel between Emirates
Experience handling and coordinating with 150+ blue-collar workers in a factory environment within the UAE is essential
