Job Position – Assistant Operations Manager
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for operations and a strong knack for training? ZouZou Restaurant & Cafe is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
– Work with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency across all departments.
– Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance, focusing on service excellence and operational standards.
– Monitor and maintain quality control, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
– Collaborate with the management team to strategize and execute operational improvements.
– Conduct performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
– Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff to foster a culture of growth and teamwork.
– Manage inventory and procurement to ensure seamless stock availability.
– Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
– Strong expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs.
– Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
– Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
