Job Position – Assistant Store Manager

Location : Abu Dhabi – UAE
Experience : 10 to 15 Years in construction industry
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of store personnel to ensure high levels of performance and efficiency.
Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of construction products and materials to all active project sites.
Work closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure materials are available when needed and support the progress of construction operations.
Maintain full control over inventory across multiple store locations, ensuring stock levels are adequate for ongoing projects and operations.
Regularly track and manage stock levels, conduct physical counts, and implement inventory control procedures to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Ensure all materials are organized and stored correctly, following safety and operational guidelines.
Ensure all store locations comply with company and industry Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials in accordance with project timelines and target dates.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues related to product availability, delivery schedules, or quality.
Monitor supplier performance and collaborate to improve delivery efficiency and reliability.
